Role SummaryThe Senior Accountant will handle core accounting functions, assist with the month‑end close, support internal reporting, and help maintain overall financial accuracy. The role is based in Dallas, TX with a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Manage general accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and monthly close tasks
- Support revenue‑related accounting and project‑based billing processes
- Oversee cash‑related activity, including tracking transactions and performing reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows
- Review timesheets and employee expense submissions for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with internal financial reporting and variance analysis
- Support audit and compliance‑related documentation
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen internal controls
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA‑track preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Comfort working in an evolving business environment
