To support our growth, we are looking for a Staff Accountant to help manage and scale our financial operations while providing accurate, timely insights that support strategic decision-making.

WhereYou'll Work:
- Full-time, in‑office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX, immersed in the daily operations of a fast‑paced SaaS business.
- You’ll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by a team of passionate, high‑energy individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records: journal entries, account reconciliations and month‑end close activities.
- Manage core processes: assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Support financial reporting and compliance: assist with audits and ensure adherence to GAAP and internal controls; help reconcile data across systems and establish a single source of truth for key metrics.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams: collaborate with finance, operations and other departments to improve accounting processes, support business initiatives and deliver reporting and analysis that aid decision‑making.
- Build scalable foundations: help design procedures and systems that will grow with the company, contributing to a strong finance infrastructure.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. - Experience:
1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a SaaS or high‑growth environment. - Technical skills: solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements and reconciliations; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and proficiency with accounting software; experience with modern ERP systems is a plus.
- Soft skills:
high attention to detail, strong organizational and time‑management skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders. - Bonus: experience with B2B SaaS, QBO, Net Suite, Ramp
