Job Description
A growing real estate company is seeking a Controller or Accounting Manager in North Dallas to join their collaborative team.

The Controller/ Accounting Manager will be responsible for:
- Recording acquisitions, dispositions, and other complex entries.
- Hiring, training, overseeing, and reviewing the accounting department.
- Preparing monthly account reconciliations.
- Assisting and overseeing accountants with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and bank compliance.
- Assisting with external auditors during annual filings and audits, coordinating PBC requests.
Senior Accountant background should include:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- CPA or CPA Candidate preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP is required.
- Highly proficient with Excel.
