Harmer Associates has partnered with a PE backed company to hire for position of Assistant Controller.
- Work Model:
Hybrid - Supervision:
Will manage team of 4+ staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA
- Combo Big 4 audit background along with 5+ years' industry experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- Solid hands-on complex technical accounting experience inclusive of ASC 606 and ASC 842
- Consolidations and M&A integrations experience
- Leadership of shared services operations considered a plus
