We're currently seeking a full-time Audit Staff Accountant to join our dynamic and supportive team.

• Assist with audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements for a diverse portfolio of private companies, as well as other non-attest services.
• Apply your knowledge across a variety of industries, with emphasis on construction, real estate and manufacturing.
• Conduct accounting research and stay current on technical guidance and GAAP developments relevant to clients’ needs.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organized work papers and utilize assurance resources effectively to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members in a synergetic, client-focused environment.

• 1+ years of financial statement audit/review experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and audit procedures.
• A proactive mindset with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a public accounting firm is highly valued.
• Familiarity with construction, real estate and manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, teachable attitude and a commitment to being a true team player.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with audit software is a plus.
• Availability to work overtime from January 15 to April 15, with straight overtime pay for all additional hours.
