Senior Accountant

Financial Additions is assisting a client with a Senior Accountant search supporting a complex, multi-entity organization.

• Perform day‑to‑day accounting for a multi‑entity enterprise, including month‑end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements
• Complete credit card reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
• Support intercompany accounting and assist with consolidation
• Maintain accurate books across a diverse set of entities
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
• Assist leadership in scaling accounting infrastructure as the organization grows
• Support investment review, including financial statement analysis, transaction evaluation, and entity setup coordination
• Provide ad hoc reporting, analytics, and special project support
• Collaborate with tax, legal, and external advisors as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
• CPA preferred
• 2–3+ years of public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred)
• Strong accounting foundation with the ability to be both hands‑on and detail‑oriented
• Interest in systems, automation, and continuous improvement
• Curiosity about investments, deal structures, and financial analysis
• High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
