Job Details
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our thriving Accounting team.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring month-end close activities are completed accurately and on schedule.Take ownership of key general ledger areas, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.Develop, maintain, and improve Excel models to support financial reporting, analysis, and operational decision‑making.Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and increase efficiency across the team.Assist with audit preparations by providing supporting documentation, process walkthroughs, and clear explanations.Collaborate with operations, FP&A, and other internal teams to ensure financial and operational data accuracy and alignment.Contribute to special projects, system enhancements, process redesigns, and integrations or acquisitions as needed.Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or a professional certification such as CPA is preferred.2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably from Big 4.Proficiency in Deltek—a huge plus.Excellent understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.Proven experience in preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations.Interested in hearing more?
