Senior Accountant

Our manufacturing client based in Dallas, Texas is actively seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their growing team. • Manage the month-end financial close process and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Prepare and post journal entries with complete supporting documentation in accordance with US GAAP
• Reconcile key accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
• Review journal entries prepared by staff accountants
• Manage the general ledger
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow activities
• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial procedures
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) but not required
• 5-7 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
• Experience with month-end close processes and account reconciliations
