As our Staff Accountant, you will support daily financial operations and ensure our accounting records remain accurate and timely. You will work across multiple areas of the department, allowing you to contribute to a wide range of activities while continuing to build your accounting expertise.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close
• Generate financial reports and assist with analysis
• Support internal and external audits
• Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial information needs

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
