Senior Staff Accountant Job Description
- Process, reconcile, and validate high volumes of electronic payments, ACH transactions, credit card activity, and digital disbursements.
- Monitor automated transaction feeds, resolve exceptions, and ensure timely and accurate posting.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of all electronic transaction accounts, payment gateways, and clearing accounts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with a focus on root‑cause identification and prevention.
- Prepare and maintain internal reports on transaction volume, trends, and reconciliation metrics.
- Assist with month‑end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account analysis.
- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years experience with full cycle accounting
- Experience reconciling credit card transactions

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
