Spectrum Search is partnering with a rapidly growing real estate investment group in Central Dallas to hire a Senior Accountant. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, wants to make an impact on a small team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What They’re Looking For:- A confident, experienced Accountant who can pick things up quickly
- Real estate or construction accounting experience is essential
- Yardi experience is a big plus
- Small, tight-knit group that likes to have fun while getting things done
- The company has been extremely active—multiple transactions completed in recent months
- Employees have the opportunity to invest alongside the company in deals and transactions
You’ll support a wide range of accounting functions across multiple entities, including financial reporting, reviewing management company packages, reconciliations, and helping ensure accurate, timely month-end and quarter-end deliverables. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail are key.
Ideal Background:- 2–6+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Yardi strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
Depending on experience and skill set, this role pays $90k-$110k + discretionary bonus.
