Spectrum Search is working closely with a mission‑driven organization to own core accounting operations, elevate reporting, and strengthen controls across a collaborative environment.
The office is located in downtown Dallas, will be onsite each day, and will assist high-level leadership with all aspects of the accounting functions.
Responsibilities- Lead GL, reconciliations, and period close
- Evaluate and implement internal controls
- Record investment activity; drive special projects
- Partner on external audit prep and annual budgeting
- Support teams with reports, budgets, and guidance
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent)
- 5+ years accounting; 3+ years people/process leadership
- Advanced Excel; proficient in Word/Outlook
This person should be comfortable and prepared to sign a "statement of faith" to show that their values and beliefs align with the church and its mission.
Depending on skill set and experience, this role will pay $125k-$150k.
