OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry looking for a reliable and motivated
** Accounts Payable Clerk
** to join our Accounts Payable team in
** Dallas, TX****.
** They will be responsible for providing financial and administrative services to support our branches in an effective and efficient manner. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
** Duties and Responsibilities
** Accounts Payable functions include processing invoices and reviewing invoice approvals. Monitoring and responding to direct emails and Accounts Payable group emails.

Skills and Abilities

** Ability to process 2,000 invoices monthly.

Excellent listening and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Positive interpersonal skills with a “can-do” attitude.

Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
** Education and Experience
** 1-2 years of successful Accounts Payable experience.

Experience with Rental Man (Wynne Software) a plus.

Experience with Coupa a plus.
