Senior Accounting Manager; Hybrid

We are working with a premier financial services organization on a confidential search for a Senior Accounting Manager to join a high-performing, best-in-class team. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership, ownership of consolidated reporting, and involvement in high-impact initiatives at a firm known for innovation and long-term career development.

• Lead GL and full-cycle accounting while partnering on financial reporting
• Own quarterly consolidated reporting, financial statements, and balance sheet integrity
• Present financial results to senior leadership and influence process improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with Tax, Treasury, Legal, IR, FP&A, and executive stakeholders
• Drive and lead high-impact special projects
• Mentor and develop top accounting talent

• 9–12+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong financial reporting and analytical background
• Technical accounting exposure (ASC 606, ASC 842) and knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• CPA required
• Big 4 or Tier 2 public accounting foundation strongly preferred
• Ideal blend of public accounting and industry experience (Accounting Manager / Assistant Controller)
• Advanced Excel and GL expertise
• Executive-level communicator who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment
