Accountant, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant

We’re hiring an experienced Accountant to support daily accounting, inventory, and accounts payable operations for a growing consumer products business. This is a hands-on, in-office role ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented and confident working in Quick Books Desktop.

• Enter and maintain SKUs in Quick Books Desktop
• Create and manage assembly builds to track inventory, components, and production costs
• Accurately enter and code Accounts Payable invoices

• Reconcile daily deposits in Quick Books Desktop
• Match bank activity and payment processor reports to the general ledger

• Manage a shared AP inbox and vendor communications
• Retrieve invoices and statements from vendor portals
• Send purchase orders (POs) and ensure alignment with system records

• 1–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Advanced Quick Books Desktop experience (required)
• Inventory experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
