We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support accurate, timely financial reporting. This role is ideal for a hands‑on accounting professional who enjoys managing processes, improving controls, and partnering with leadership to support business decision‑making.

The Accounting Manager will play a key role in month‑end close, financial reporting, and team leadership while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

• Manage and oversee the month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist with audit preparation
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes and efficiencies
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, finance, and leadership

• Strong background in Construction الذين, Manufacturing, or Real Estate industries is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

• CPA or CMA designation preferred but not required
