Base pay range: $140,000 – $150,000 per year. Additional compensation:

We are partnering with a growing organization in the Northwest Dallas market to identify a high‑impact Senior Accounting Manager. This role is ideal for a hands‑on accounting leader with strong technical expertise, proven people leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. The position will play a key role in strengthening accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance, and supporting continued growth.

• Lead and manage the accounting team, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
• Partner with FP&A, operations, and executive leadership to provide financial insight and support strategic decision‑making.
• Manage annual audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage Construction Work in Progress (CWIP) accounting, ensuring accurate tracking and revenue recognition.
• Develop and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
