• Complete the month‑end close process, including monthly journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and review the general ledger.
• Assist with financial statement audit preparation.
• Drive process improvements.
• Review the work of the staff accountant.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Public accounting experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with board members and internal team members.

What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000 per year DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
