• Manage A/P, A/R, reconciliations, expense tracking, and general ledger activity
• Maintain accurate financial data in Quick Books and Field Clix
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Assist with the month-end close and reporting
• Support project cost tracking and job costing
• Partner with field and operations teams

• Lead or own the month-end and year-end close processes
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and reports
• Analyze financial data and support decision-making
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Improve accounting processes and controls
• Serve as a trusted partner to leadership

• AT LEAST 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Construction, telecom, or field services experience is a plus
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Comfort in a fast-paced, growing environment

• Salary: Starting at $70,000+ BOE
• Schedule: Primarily in-office, hybrid flexibility over time
