We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while supporting the overall financial health of our organization. • Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper coding and classification of expenses.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Assist with external audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
• Provide support to senior management and department heads as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
