Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Bookkeeper to support our financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with 10+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience and expert-level proficiency in Quick Books Online
. You’ll be responsible for core bookkeeping tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
Maintain and update Quick Books Online records
Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closings
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of bookkeeping experience
Expertise in Quick Books Online
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
