A growing, private equity–backed company is seeking an Assistant Controller to support continued expansion driven by recent acquisitions. This role operates in a fast‑paced,
multi-entity environment and offers exposure to M&A, consolidations, GAAP reporting, and operational accounting
.
- Support month-end close,
GAAP-compliant financial reporting
, and entity consolidations - Assist with acquisition integrations and related accounting
- Partner with finance and operations teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Help enhance processes, controls, and reporting as the company scales
- Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager ready for the next step
- Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and GAAP
- Exposure to M&A and/or private‑equity backed environments preferred
