Tactical Fleet Dallas is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for a broad range of accounting duties and will require a versatile, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of a one-person office, you will play a key role in the daily accounting operations under the guidance of our Controller based in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Accounting: Post daily deposits, sales deals, and stock-in vehicles.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage the posting of payables, track receivables, and ensure timely payments.
• Vehicle Payoffs: Handle vehicle payoffs accurately and promptly.
• Reconciliations & Reporting: Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with various other accounting-related tasks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Controller and other team members to ensure all financial activities are completed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
