Job Duties
- Supervises direct care of residents and nursing personnel on the unit.
- Provides support and education to staff, residents, and families.
- Reviews new admissions to assure core needs are being met.
- Collects resident updates, events, and new orders for Morning Meetings.
- Prepares for and attends meetings as designated by supervisor.
- Assures accuracy and completeness of medical records.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current active, unencumbered RN license in Oregon.
- Current BLS CPR certification preferred.
- Experience caring for geriatric residents and preferred experience with RAI process.
- Completion of required continuing education (3 credit hours or 30 CEUs in gerontology, rehabilitation, long‑term care; 3 credit hours or 14 CEUs in supervision within 9 months).
