Staffing Coordinator:
Full Time Monday - Friday + After Hours On-Call

Qualifications Who you are:
  • 1-3 years of experience managing scheduling for 75+ staff
  • Previous experience with senior living, nursing home or hospital staffing preferred
  • Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Must have the skills to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must possess effective interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to deal tactfully and pleasantly with staff
  • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to communicate and present in person, in writing, and on the telephone effectively in English
Essential

Job Duties
  • Responsible for creating, adjusting, updating, and finding appropriate coverages for floor staff working in the Health Care Center
  • Works in conjunction with the Assisted Living Staffing Coordinator to provide coverage for days off and vacations, as well as support as needed.
  • Provides New Hire support by meeting, greeting and communicating with new employees and assuring trainings are completed before providing schedules for floor assignments
  • Prepares daily staffing report for review by the Administrator
  • Approves timecards and time off requests for floor staff
