• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Assistants to the General Manager may manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.

• Must be full‑time with open availability.
• Previous managerial experience is required, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Minimum age 18 years.

• Monthly bonus ($3,600 – $5,400 a year)
• 2 weeks paid vacation
