COCAS & ME Living has just completed credentialing and is gearing up to roll out paid positions nationwide. Our mission is bold: we provide housing, therapy, case management, and reentry support for individuals and families overcoming domestic violence, substance abuse, incarceration, and homelessness.

. Were looking for passionate people to step in as volunteers today and grow into paid staff tomorrow as our programs scale across Georgia and beyond.

• Be part of a movement of healing and second chances

• Gain hands-on experience in social services, therapy, housing, or nonprofit operations.

• Build your resume and open the door to future paid positions
  .

• Work with a team thats mission-driven, client-centered, and expanding fast
  .

(LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent)

• Provide individual & group therapy (telehealth & in-person).

• Trauma-informed care for clients in recovery & transition.

• First point of contact for new clients.

• Create care plans & connect clients to housing, jobs, and benefits.

• Use lived experience to walk alongside clients in recovery.

• Offer encouragement, accountability, and mentorship.

• Assist clients with safe housing placement.

• Support with reentry, transportation, and daily stability needs.

• Ensure all services are documented & billed correctly.

• Help maximize funding through Medicaid, Medicare & insurance.

• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and compliance.

• Support organizational systems & future hiring pipelines.

• Help connect with local agencies, churches, and partners.

• Spread awareness of programs and resources.

• Passionate individuals who want to make an impact now

• Students, early-career professionals, or seasoned experts

• Strong communication & organizational skills.

• Willingness to volunteer a few hours weekly (remote or in-person).

• Excitement to grow with us into paid roles

• Resume-building experience in social impact, HR, clinical services, or nonprofit work.

• Mentorship & training opportunities.
