Job Overview
The States of Guernsey are looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join the Mignot Memorial Hospital in Alderney.
The Mignot Memorial Hospital is a 24-bedded hospital providing care to patients with a wide range of acute and complex medical conditions, comprising 8 acute care beds, 14 long-stay beds, and a 2-bedded Emergency Department.
ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Staff Nurse plays a key leadership role within the organisation, acting as a leader, advisor, and role model to nursing staff.
They are responsible for ensuring that high standards of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualised programmes of care are delivered safely and effectively within their clinical setting.
