Competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience), 20% tax rate.

This Global offshore law firm has an opening in its Guernsey Litigation/Dispute Resolution practice for an experienced Associate. Joining one of the most respected teams on the island, you can expect some very interesting work, spanning both mainstream commercial disputes and more specialist insolvency, banking, and financial services litigation.

You will be working closely with Partners but will also have plenty of responsibility and client contact on what are typically high-value and complex international matters. You will also benefit from being part of a growing team who are all pushing in the same direction, and with a clear path to career progression.

• Admitted in the UK, Ireland or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa).
• This role is expected to suit someone with at least 4 years’ PQE (all suitable applicants considered).
• Commercial Litigation experience gained with a respected City, regional or international firm (or a commercial/chancery chambers) in the UK or equivalent jurisdiction.
