Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage digital marketing tools, platforms, and channels on a day-to-day basis, ensuring quality control and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate website maintenance and development with external agencies, optimising user experience and search performance.
  • Oversee social media and digital channels, including content calendars, scheduling, publishing, and engagement monitoring.
  • Analyse digital performance and produce reports and insights to inform ongoing optimisation and strategy.
  • Lead and support employee advocacy activity across digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to support campaign planning and content decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing colleagues to plan, create, and repurpose content into engaging digital formats.
  • Plan and deliver digital micro-campaigns across social media, PPC, SEO, email, and websites.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Support internal training and knowledge sharing on digital tools and best practice.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment. You will be confident working with CMS platforms, SEO principles, and social media tools, and comfortable analysing data to improve performance. This role suits someone who is organised, collaborative, and detail-focused, with a strong understanding of digital compliance requirements such as GDPR and advertising standards.
