Senior Fund Administrator - Private Equity

Our client is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to join their Private Equity Operations team! This role offers responsibility across investor administration, cash management and governance within complex fund structures.

• Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, investment advisers and third parties.
• Managing end-to-end investor administration including capital calls, distributions and transfers.
• Undertaking daily and ad hoc cash management and reconciliations.
• Performing AML/KYC reviews including higher-risk investors.
• Supporting SPV formation and company secretarial requirements.
• Reviewing and supporting junior team members' work.
• Ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory frameworks.
• Identifying operational improvements and supporting departmental initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Senior Fund Administrator within Private Equity structures and ideally hold or be working towards a relevant qualification. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and confidence communicating with stakeholders are essential. Experience with financial instruments, regulatory frameworks and advanced Excel skills would be advantageous. The ability to manage competing priorities and support team development is key.
