This exciting position offers the opportunity to join a global financial services business and support the delivery of high-quality investor services to a diverse international client base. Reporting to the Manager or Senior Manager, the role will support the full investor lifecycle across private equity and closed-ended fund structures.

• Coordinating day-to-day investor servicing and operational tasks across a portfolio of fund structures.
• Assisting with onboarding of new funds and investors, including CDD preparation and reviews.
• Processing investor capital calls, distributions, sub-closes and related documentation.
• Preparing or reviewing bank account and cash reconciliations.
• Liaising with compliance, onboarding, and regulatory teams regarding AML, FATCA and CRS requirements.
• Responding to fund manager and investor queries in a timely manner and within service level agreements.
• Ensuring accurate and consistent delivery of client service across all assigned activities.
• Supporting the implementation of operational improvements and automation projects.
• Assisting the Manager in tracking and resolving client queries and contributing to project work when required.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in fund administration, ideally with exposure to private equity or closed-ended fund structures. A sound knowledge of AML, FATCA/CRS, and investor onboarding processes is essential. Strong communication and organisational skills, along with a proactive and flexible attitude, are required. Competency with Microsoft Excel and a good understanding of corporate governance are also important for success in this role.
