Client Accountant

• Prepare trust and company accounts, management accounts, and financial statements.
• Maintain client ledgers, including double-entry bookkeeping on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure accounts are prepared in line with regulatory and filing deadlines.
• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors as required.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in line with internal and external requirements.
• Meet productivity and profitability targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems, procedures, and standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification, such as ACCA or equivalent, and have experience in a client accounting role. You will be highly organised, accurate, and comfortable working with complex fiduciary structures. This role suits someone who is professional, methodical, and confident managing deadlines within a regulated environment.
