Become one of our Sales Associates by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers through stocking the shelves and building and maintaining displays. You will partner with nationally recognized customers such as Walmart, Publix, Target, and more, while serving as an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit among other industry‑leading snacks.

• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelez’ visit method to cover any teammate as needed.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Mondelez’ guidelines for merchandising are followed, keeping leading brands well represented, stocked, and maintained.
• Ensure the Sales Representative’s negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with the Mondelez management team.
• Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Live within a 25-35 mile range of the primary location:
  Alpharetta, GA.
• Ability to drive to secondary locations:
  Winder, GA;
  Gainesville, GA;
  Dahlonega, GA.
• Full schedule availability required.
• Mondelez International offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.

• Base salary range: $31,300 to $54,400, depending on experience, skills, education, and location.
• Eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results.
