The University of North Georgia, Department of Nursing is accepting applications for a 10‑month, tenure‑track, full‑time faculty member for the Traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing track. Preference will be given to candidates who have academic teaching and simulation experience in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.

- Teach undergraduate students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. Teaching schedule may require some travel to clinical sites in the metro‑Atlanta area and North Georgia region.
- This position includes expectations for teaching, scholarship, and service.
- Responsibilities include didactic, simulation, clinical, and/or laboratory instruction, and clinical site visits in regional health care settings.
- Faculty are expected to be on the Cumming campus a minimum of four days a week.
- Doctorate in nursing required (DNP or PhD).
- Minimum of two (2) years' recent experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current license in Georgia as a registered professional nurse required.
