The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Financial Aid Call Center Student Worker - Institutional Student Worker on the Dahlonega campus available for immediate hire (Spring 2026). This position is available for extension through Summer 2026 and Fall 2026.
Responsibilities- This position assists the Financial Aid department by answering and routing calls, answering basic financial aid questions, and assisting the Financial Aid Staff as needed.
- This position must maintain a high level of Customer Service.
- Knowledge of office practices, procedures, systems and equipment.
- Requires basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and simple mathematical functions.
- Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Access.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse population; ability to utilize BANNER or a similar relational database.
- Requires good written and oral communication skills and problem solving skills.
- Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
- Experience in Customer Service is not required but preferred.
