We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and ensure the successful execution of our construction projects. This full-time, on-site role is located in Dahlonega, GA. The Project Manager will coordinate day-to-day operations, manage project timelines and budgets, communicate with stakeholders, and oversee all phases of construction to ensure completion within scope, schedule, and quality standards.

• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
• Experience with Expediting and Expeditor workflows to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Proficiency in Inspection processes to maintain quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Knowledge of Logistics Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supply chain coordination.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for resolving project challenges efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
