- Foster a positive team culture focused on servant leadership.
- Lead, coach, and develop Chick-fil-A Leaders and Team Members.
- Ensure execution of Chick-fil-A standards in food safety and hospitality.
- Analyze operational data to improve quality and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations to drive efficiency and sustainability.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Develop training programs to enhance the operational skills of the team.
- Provide coaching and accountability to team members at all levels.
- Partner with the local Owner/Operator to set and achieve financial goals.
- Monitor labor and food costs, and other key performance indicators.
- Forecast staffing needs and manage scheduling for productivity.
- Set the standard for exceptional customer service.
- Respond to customer feedback with empathy and urgency.
- Identify ways to continuously improve customer experience.
- Preferred Chick-fil-A leadership experience or 3-5 years in multi-unit/high-volume restaurant leadership.
- Proven track record of developing teams and improving outcomes.
- Passionate about servant leadership and developing others.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of restaurant financials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven: constantly takes initiative and solve problems.
- Strong decision maker: analyzes how every decision impacts the business.
- Detailed oriented and organized.
- Base salary of $55K-$65K based on experience.
