Program Manager (ILO-):

Bowhead is seeking to network with an experienced Program Manager to oversee the technical and administrative aspects of Government contract performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.

Responsibilities

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the timeliness and quality of contract services and data deliverables.
• Manage contract schedules and costs to ensure compliance with project objectives.
• Interface effectively with customers to deliver quality products on time and within budget.
• Plan, design, coordinate, and control the progress of project work to meet sponsor objectives.
• Manage a diverse technical workforce and team with multiple skill sets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Program Management Certificate from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of contract management experience, with a focus on both technical and administrative aspects.
• Proven ability to interface effectively with customers and deliver quality products on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, design, coordinate, and control project work to meet sponsor objectives.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must currently hold an active Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
