Job Description:

The Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist provides advanced technical assistance and user support within a DoD or Federal help desk environment. This role ensures efficient resolution of customer issues, manages service requests using enterprise-level help desk tools, and supports mission-critical IT operations in compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience providing Help Desk support in Industry, Federal, or DoD environments.
• Proficient in the use of enterprise service management systems such as BMC Remedy or Service Now for incident, problem, and change management.
• Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification requirements and possess (or be eligible for) a Tier 3 (T3) security clearance.
