We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership, technical oversight, and operational guidance across multiple domains carrying out the technical, engineering, operations, maintenance, and management functions that support network operations and defense.
Program OversightSupport the planning and tracking of FMS program activities in accordance with DSCA policies, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), and DoD acquisition regulations.
Monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics throughout project execution.
Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with U.S. Government, foreign partners, and industry to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Collaborate with DSCA, implementing agency, SCOs, and DCMA to support program objectives.
Financial and Contract SupportAssist in monitoring program funding, expenditures, and case financial status.
Support acquisition planning, contract tracking, and documentation to ensure deliverables meet FMS and DoD requirements.
Risk Management and ReportingIdentify and communicate program risks, track mitigation actions, and support the preparation of reports and briefings such as PMRs and FSRs.
Compliance and DocumentationEnsure adherence to AECA, ITAR, and applicable DoD/DSCA policies, maintaining accurate and audit‑ready program records.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 4+ years additional experience).
- 10+ years of program/project management experience with emphasis on networks and FMS programs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Effective written and verbal communications skills for collaboration with both customers and fellow team members.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to commute to the designated onsite work location as required.
- Ability and willingness to TDY up to 25%
- PgMP or PMP
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- IA 8570 - IAT III
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
Secret clearance is required.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
