Position: Senior Data Analyst with Security Clearance
Responsibilities & Qualifications The Tek Synap is seeking a Senior Data Analyst. The Senior Data Analyst serves as Key Personnel under the NSWCDD Corporate IT Services contract. This position provides advanced analytical, design, and data management expertise supporting Navy enterprise systems. The Senior Data Analyst develops, integrates, and maintains data warehousing, visualization, and integration capabilities to enhance decision support, reporting, and operational efficiency across the NSWCDD IT enterprise.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead analysis, design, and development of enterprise data warehousing and integration capabilities.
* Define requirements and develop application designs, including logical data models, data interface specifications, and performance tuning strategies.
* Perform structured query language (SQL) development and data validation specifications for analytical and reporting systems.
* Support database and integration solutions to meet Navy financial, ERP, and human resource system needs.
* Lead data quality assurance initiatives, identify inconsistencies, and ensure accuracy across multiple data sources.
* Support legacy data migration and modernization efforts through ETL and data mapping processes.
* Collaborate with cybersecurity and systems engineering teams to ensure compliance with DoD and Navy data protection requirements.
* Develop dashboards and automated reporting tools for enterprise-level performance tracking.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to define key metrics and ensure alignment with mission and operational goals. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience related to data warehousing, integration, or analytics. Experience must include requirements developing definition, logical and physical data modeling, database design, and SQL optimization.
* Data analytics or database certification (preferred)
* Professional with SQL, data integration tools, ETL processes, data warehousing design, and report generation.
* Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Working Capital Fund (WCF) methods, and Navy enterprise financial systems.
