We are seeking a Customer Technical Support Specialist (Navy Enterprise Network) to join us on a proposal effort. This role will support users of the Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) by resolving technical inquiries through telephone and on-site support.
WorkLocation
On-site; not remote:
Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA.
Employment would begin upon contract award
Requirements- Two years of professional experience in customer service and interpersonal communications. Qualified experience in technical telephone inquiries and on-site support to employees regarding technical aspects of NEN assigned products. Clearance:
Active Secret. - Certification: IAT II level with a T3 investigation.
- Must sign Letter of Intent.
