Financial Management Specialist - TS ; Security Clearance

Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Financial Management Specialist with a Top Secret Clearance to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.

• Budget planning, organizing and managing the program's spend plans for obligation and budget expenditure forecasts
• Financial management program actions and activities, including monitoring and oversight, meetings, funds tracking, milestone planning, briefing preparation, staff coordination, cost risk management, and decision documents preparation.
• Review current data management processes and tools, such as spend plans, financial system reporting, and internal and external financial execution status reports, and develop and implement solutions to improve data management and analysis capabilities.

• 3‑10 years of relevant experience with Air Force financial processes, procedures and functions and an associates or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 24 semester credit hours in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance or related coursework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Proficiency with Excel using Filters, Pivot Tables, Formulas; developing Excel Macros and database solutions is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Top Secret Clearance.
