Lead and manage simulation accreditation projects from inception to completion. Analyze and assess combat systems documentation to ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define simulation requirements based on end-user needs. Develop and implement strategies for simulation system evaluations and improvements. Provide expert guidance on simulation methodologies and best practices. Prepare and present reports on project status, findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience. At least eight (8) years of experience with complex simulation systems and accreditation processes. In-depth understanding of combat systems documentation and simulation requirements. Proven ability to assess user needs and translate them into technical specifications. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must currently hold an active Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location. Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
