Shift: Days 0800 - 1600

• 10-15 years US Navy surface warfare experience on active duty (senior enlisted or officer), including service on carriers, DDGs, CGs, LCS, large deck or smaller amphibious ships, or land‑based test sites. Alternatively, 10-15 years civil service or OEM experience.
• Specialized experience in Aegis Combat and Weapon Systems, Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (ABMD), Ship Self Defense System (SSDS), Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), NIFC-CA, DDG-1000, Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) or US Coast Guard.
• Advanced writing and speaking abilities.
• At least 2 years with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Formal degree in systems engineering, software engineering, or significant analysis experience is a plus and may be required for some positions.

• Provide senior‑level systems engineering and analysis support to multiple customers.
• Review and recommend on combat systems and system of systems integration technical issues.
• Conduct risk management and assessments and facilitate a risk program.
• Assist with organization and management of testing, planning and conducting test events.
• Review requirements traceability and analysis.
• Provide technical assessments, evaluations, and analysis of system problems.
• Assist with program element certification activities.
• Function as part of and provide leadership to a collaborative team of subject matter experts and engineers.

Minimal travel may be required.
