Overview Program Analyst (EDOS-7):
Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst who will perform project management tasking for the Department including: maintaining schedules, Cost and Spend plans, creating quarterly and annual presentations that reflect project progress; and responding to data calls. Other Department supportive duties include maintaining inventories, running inventory reports, helping with inventory (Property Management related) duties in addition to procuring necessary items and tracking their status, assisting in report writing, pulling financial reports, and performing raw data records management.

The program analyst must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint, and must be able to maintain a Secret clearance. This position is full-time, 100% on-site in Dahlgren, VA. Responsibilities

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinate Government inputs, generate and deliver program documentation as well as facilitate / attend meetings to take minutes and gather data. Updating documentation real-time during the meetings as well. Track meeting action items and maintain records reflecting both open and closed action items. Draft and review project technical documentation, to include, the reviewing for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting. Ability to coordinate document input/updates from multiple organizations.

Example:
Currently up to 12 individuals contributing to monthly report document. Ability to clearly communicate. Other duties as assigned Aid in the development of logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies. Identify, prioritize, assess, and track assets. Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.

Qualifications High School diploma or greater Two (2+) plus years of professional experience with a DOD program. Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team Drivers license required to due travel while on the job Experience in the following Government systems is preferred: ERP, SharePoint Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
