Experienced Drywall Finisher

Patch Master Northwest Houston is hiring an experienced drywall finisher to join our growing team.

We specialize in small-to-medium residential and commercial drywall repair, finishing, texture matching, and interior painting across Northwest Houston, Katy, Cypress, and Bridgeland.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Perform drywall repair, hanging, finishing, and texture matching
• Complete interior painting, including touch-ups and full wall repaints
• Handle small trim and light carpentry work as needed
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining Patch Master quality standards

PAY AND BENEFITS:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 2+ years of drywall repair, finishing, and installation experience
• Painting experience (repairs and full wall repaints)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability

PREFERRED

SKILLS:

• Experience in carpentry, construction, or general home repair
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Comfortable using job apps or technology for scheduling and communication (e.g., Jobber)
