We are expanding our team and seeking qualified Sales Representatives to drive sales and provide excellent service, helping to grow our Pure Barre community.

Position: The Sales Representative will assist with new membership sales by engaging potential members, building relationships, and guiding them through the sales process. The role also involves retaining current members and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in boutique fitness is preferred but not required. This part-time position requires availability for rotating weekend morning shifts.

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to learn and utilize the Club Ready software system
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in person, phone, and email
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
  • Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding client goals
  • Maintain personal sales targets
  • Promote the club's fitness and wellness objectives
  • Present services to current and prospective members
  • Schedule and conduct appointments to meet sales goals
  • Participate in community events to promote the club
  • Develop selling skills continuously
  • Process transactions accurately
  • Follow up with prospective clients
  • Manage retail inventory
  • Complete relevant training programs
  • Create social media content
  • Perform light cleaning duties
  • Other duties as assigned
