As a Brand Manager at Stanton Optical, you will act as a brand ambassador for the organization; building, guiding and inspiring high-performing teams in a fast-paced, fun and collaborative environment. - Lead store talent acquisition and talent development; including direct recruiting, partnering with Recruiting Department, training new team members and ongoing development plans for store associates.
- Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
- Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired goals.
- Communicate effectively and build a strong partnership with the Support Center and Human Resources.
- Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
- Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
- An associate degree or 2 years of store management experience.
- Having a valid ABO/NCLE Certification as required by state law is preferred. Must be willing to earn certification within the first year of employment.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a fast paced retail environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.
